The User shall ensure that he/she/it has continuous backup of any medical services the User has rendered in order to comply with the user’s record-keeping process and practices.

The terms and conditions and your use of this website and its content will be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of India subject to the jurisdictional courts of Chennai. All disputes will be resolved by a sole arbitrator appointed by IIRSI. It is further agreed to by the user and IIRSI that the contents of this Section shall survive even after the termination or expiry of the terms and/or policy. The award passed by such sole arbitrator will be valid and binding on both Parties. The Parties shall bear their own costs for the proceedings, although the sole arbitrator may, in his/her sole discretion, direct either Party to bear the entire cost of the proceedings. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of Arbitration shall be the city of Chennai in the state of Tamilnadu, India.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason is unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions of this agreement.
In no event, including but not limited to negligence, shall IIRSI, or any of its directors, officers, employees, agents, or content or service providers (collectively, the “Protected Entities”) be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from, or directly or indirectly related to, the use of, or the inability to use, the website or the content, materials, and functions related thereto, the Services, user’s provision of information via the website, lost business or lost end-users, even if such Protected Entity has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You expressly understand and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website, services, and other materials are provided by this website is on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No provision of this Agreement shall be deemed to be waived and no breach excused unless such waiver or consent shall be in writing and signed by IIRSI. Any consent by IIRSI to, or a waiver by IIRSI of any breach by you, whether expressed or implied, shall not constitute consent to, waiver of, or excuse for any other different or subsequent breach.
User expressly accepts and acknowledge that IIRSI shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the user as a result of delay or deficiency or default or failure in the service due to force majeure events including, without limitation, acts of God, unavailability of any communication system, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, epidemic, pandemic, riots, insurrection, war or acts of Government.
